Heidi is a therapist, Pilates instructor, and clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience guiding clients toward meaningful change. She creates a safe, supportive environment for goal-oriented growth, addressing and challenging unhelpful relationship patterns and communication habits. Heidi believes that healing requires dedication and hard work—sometimes, we just need the right support to get there.

Graduating from University of Washington in 2012 with her Masters in Social Work Heidi has worked as a specialist in medical social work, mental health, and crisis services. Heidi is passionate about working with clients on formulating solution focused goals that align with their values. Heidi specializes in helping clients achieve healing from traumatic and distressing experiences utilizing EMDR and somatic therapy. She also specializes in caring for women and their families who struggle with perinatal mood disorders. She has experience working with clients and family members with postpartum depression, anxiety, and struggles related to autoimmune disease and underlying health conditions. 

Heidi's mission is to help create and support space for identifying root causes, healing, recovery, balance, and education for people who are dedicated to feeling their best. Breaking the traditional model of just weekly psychotherapy- Heidi's goal is to provide a comprehensive level of care to achieve a more rounded and holistic recovery.

Heidi's model of care may include therapy, home visits, case management, coaching, physical wellness services, and perhaps an opportunity to incorporate Pilates and mind body work into your wellness journey.
