Out of network billing is determined on a case by case basis and you will need to confirm with your insurer that you have out of network coverage, many plans do offer this for mental health treatment.

Please confirm your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have a deductible? How much is the deductible?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session and do I have a copay or co-insurance? What is the copay amount?

Please remember that you, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible for paying the fees that we have agreed upon.
